Manufacturing processes from a single source.
Laser cutting
All sheet metal parts are precisely manufactured on the latest generation of laser cutting machines. General tolerances according to DIN 6930-2-m apply.
Bending
Blexon detects folds and bends directly in the CAD model and derives all required production data from it. A separate workshop drawing is not needed.
Welding
Welding a tray, reinforcing a bend or a complete welded assembly? At Blexon you order welded sheet metal parts without a manufacturing drawing.
Press-in inserts
Nuts, bolts or bushings are pressed into prepared holes. The cold forming creates a permanently torsion- and pull-out-resistant connection.
Thread forming
Threads are added directly in the CAD model; a workshop drawing is not required. Once confirmed, they are included in the price calculation and manufactured.
Extruded threads
Extruded threads are an excellent alternative to welded or press-in nuts. They enable load-bearing threads even in thin sheet metal.
Countersinks
For cheese-head or countersunk screws (form A and form E): at Blexon you get sheet metal parts with exactly the countersink that matches your screw connection.
Powder coating
Powder coating protects your sheet metal part and gives it the desired look. Choose from over 200 RAL colours, various gloss levels and textures as well as a primer coat.
Galvanizing
During galvanizing, your steel part receives a protective zinc layer. It provides reliable corrosion protection, extends the service life and ensures an even metallic appearance.
Engraving
Contours are engraved into your custom sheet-metal part with reduced laser power for labelling and marking. The finest results are achieved on stainless steel sheets.
Deburring
The deburring option removes burrs produced during laser cutting. Depending on the part, this is done by brushing, surface grinding or vibratory finishing.
