Blexon offers press-in inserts from the Bossard catalogue:
- Press-in nuts for stable internal threads in thin sheets
- Press-in threaded bushings for high-load, reinforced internal threads (currently available only in Switzerland)
- Press-in threaded studs for protruding threads and easy component assembly
3. Possible press-in inserts by material
The available sizes for press-in parts depend on the sheet thickness and the material used. Please refer to the following table to see which press-in parts are currently available in the respective materials.
Press-in inserts can be assigned to any hole regardless of the required core hole diameter, provided they are available for the selected material and sheet thickness. The core hole diameter is adjusted automatically.
